The movement for diversity includes everyone and requires everyone. The 2017 3% Conference was centered around the theme Beyond Gender.
An interactive poster highlights the idea that diversity improves workplace outcomes and leads to better work.
Each pull tab highlighted a current statistic relaying the benefit of diversity within advertising, while simultaneously changing the flavor from vanilla to something more interesting.
3% Tweetup x Creative Circus
What's more important than current ads? The future of them.
After the conference, we worked on a social campaign to involve our classmates at The Creative Circus in the annual 3% Tweetup during the Super Bowl.
Thumbs were sore from sending tweets. Equality in advertising was questioned, called out, and challenged.
